I’ve been present for several of Amber’s movement medicine classes over the span of 8+ years, most recently the Poetry in Motion workshop she offered at Studio Owosso. After attending, I HIGHLY recommend this class! I went into the workshop feeling a bit “off,” with racing thoughts and slightly sluggish energy. The session helped me release some stuck emotions and thought forms through various modalities presented- of which I Now have in my toolbox anytime I need an energetic tune-up!
